This page is dedicated to all those who would want to build a car of their own!
For as long as I have been around hot rods, I have wanted to build myself a T-Bucket Roadster! I love the concept of an awesome power to weight ratio! I even had one at one time that was powered by a little Buick V-6.
It was actually quite fast, but it just didn't deliver the performance like the V-8 ones that I have had the pleasure to ride in. So that one is still on my "Bucket" List!
One of the challenges that I faced right off the bat was finding plans for the frame and other parts needed in the process of the build.
I finally came upon this great website that offers Free Plans and several other versions for a small cost as well as almost everything you can think of related to these crazy performance cars!
Enjoy them at TBucketPlans.com

Here are a couple of images that I found from off the web. Neither one is really detailed enough to help you finish a complete build, but both will give you some very useful tidbits of information!
This drawing comes from the Buckethead Bash Forum. They have a great article on building a T-Bucket! Go check it out at:

Below is a very nice, detailed drawing of a T-Bucket chassis from California Custom roadsters that included and names all of the important parts of a T chassis!
Here is a link to an article on the CCR frame plans:

You can also purchase a set of their plans at this site. These are supposed to be some of the best T-Bucket frame plans available. Very much worth their purchase price.
Actually each of the different sets of plans available out there represents a slightly different building philosophy and some of them are significantly more modern than the others. However you can build a great car out of any of them!
This page will ultimately include lots of other great T-Bucket resources as we go along. For those of you who are more into sports cars and wouldn't mind a slightly more complicated project with a whole different style of mind-bending performance, check out our page on how to build a European-type sports car!
